I really enjoyed drawing this latest map (see full version in portfolio). The incredibly diverse landscape of river, forest, meadow, orchard and farm is complimented brilliantly with the wonderfully phrased local names. I’d love to have a conversation with the person who decided to call a clearing ‘Gobble Goose’, it seems boring old logic caught up with them by the time they reached ‘Centre Hedge’.
