Christmas Delivery Dates

These are our last order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Please note that we can only guarantee delivery on items that are marked on our website as 'In Stock'. Please contact us (information in the footer) if you are unsure to avoid disappointment.

Custom Maps & Property Portraits

All custom products require a four week lead time as they are drawn to order.

Following receipt of your order, Whereabouts Maps will contact you to request information about any property drawings, and to confirm the required area for your map.

Maps By Aidan

Due to the very bespoke nature of these illustrations, any lead times will be on a case by case basis. Whereabouts Maps will be in full communication throughout the drawing process.



Returns & Refunds

Custom Products

Custom Maps, Property Portraits and Maps By Aidan can be refunded in full before commencement of illustration. After this time no returns or refunds can be offered.

Vouchers

No returns or refunds can be offered on vouchers.

Prints (excluding custom products)

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 14 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any non-custom print can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘saleable condition’, with its original packaging and a valid receipt/delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging).
